Vermont
NECC is continuing its relationship with Vermont to promote the development of local literacy plans guided by the framework document, Adolescent Literacy: A Call to Action, created with NECC support during years 1 and 2. In response to the Commissioner's request to integrate adolescent literacy priorities with other state level initiatives, NECC will contribute to the design of a literacy focus within a coordinated secondary improvement strategy in Vermont.
